House Code of Conduct

Players must sign a waiver prior to the start of the event acknowledging they understand and will abide by the rules listed below. Additionally, UltraStar Multi-tainment Center will not be held responsible for any actions performed by online players playing in the same server in which a tournament is being held.

1. Players under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present.
2. No food or beverage permitted in the PC Gaming Zone.
3. Players must be respectful to fellow players and guests. UltraStar is an all ages venue and use of profanity, slander, harassment or discrimination will result in immediate removal from the facility.
4. No threats or violence.
5. Cheating or collusion by any means is unacceptable. The Game Marshall reserves the right to disqualify or eject player(s) disrespecting the rules.
6. Offensive, vulgar, or obscene usernames, avatars, or team names will not be permitted and will result in disqualification or ejection from the PC Gaming Zone.
7. Damaging equipment is unlawful and players will be held accountable for any damages to equipment.
